Katie Saalberg, LLMSW received her graduate degree from the University of Michigan.
In her clinical work she primarily utilizes the models of cognitive behavioral therapies including Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, motivational interviewing and mindfulness techniques to connect the body to the mind.
Katie enjoys working with depression, anxiety, disordered eating, trauma, complex family history and relationship stress.
She is committed to helping her clients figure out what makes them feel safe, heard, and optimistic.
Katie knows that first steps are always difficult. She is here to offer a hand in moving forward. Her focus is on empowerment and strengths of each individual, while also realizing that we all have room to grow.
